Manufacturing

The combination of twenty years production experience and an accredited quality management system to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 is further strengthened by in-house CAD capability.

Fully qualified coded welders working to ASME IX procedures enable us to carry out a wide range of specialised welding in carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

Operating from fully equipped workshops at our Aberdeen facility, we also provide a rapid response on site welding and installation service.

From January 2005 design and fabrication capabilities have been significantly strengthened by a strategic alliance with an Aberdeen based independent engineering consultancy, AEC Technology. The Vertec/AEC Alliance offers a single source for cost effective turnkey design and build projects.
